EXPERTISE

PCI has been a pioneer in tourism planning. We first participated in the World Bank-financed Bali Tourism Development Project in 1972 for the Nusa Dua beach resort complex, and now it is a world-class tourism destination. Over the years, PCI has successfully completed more than 30 other tourism projects in various locations of the world.

PCI excels not only in its capability to provide a wide range services for tourism development, but also in its innovative approach to tourism planning. In recent years the focus has been placed on developing ecotourism and community-based tourism to allow tourism to play a crucial role for environmental conservation, cultural revitalization and social development.

Design and construction management of hotels and visitor facilities such as museums, visitor centers, and archaeological parks have been PCI's traditional strengths.
