The PCI team has established a quality management system based on sound engineering practices and established management principles.
The Japanese standards association has certified that the consulting engineering services performed by PCI Headquarters in Tokyo are in full compliance with ISO: 9001. After installing a very stringent quality management system and having reformed the organization, PCI places great importance in this achievement. The quality management systems for all of PCI's regional and country offices are based upon the rationales and relevant parts of ISO 9001.
